So this getting up and exercising is starting to kick my butt!
It's probably because I was out and about this weekend and failed to do any of my exercises from my list but there was a lot of walking done this weekend, right along with drinking and eating so it cancelled itself out lol.
On a brighter note it is getting a little easier to do push ups (YAY sexy arms).
I didn't do anything this morning just got out the bed REALLY late and rushed to work. I have a dance class to teach tonight so I'll make it up tonight and pick back tomorrow morning.
I hope you keep going and don't follow in my lazy footsteps lol
